International collaboration with us doesn't just mean writing emails in English or joining teams. It means that you learn to engage with new ways of thinking. Understanding different cultures. Growing professionally and maturing personally. Our growth to date is based on this and will continue to pave the way to our next milestones.

It's not about where you sit - it's about what you bring to the table.

An inside perspective on working in the VITRONIC Group

Ala is responsible for Software Operations in Dubai and manages projects in the Middle East & Africa region. When she went to Rwanda to make our road safety concept available locally, she was overwhelmed at first: New country, foreign language, different gestures, new customer expectations. She was also impressed by the scope of the project on a national level.

"I had to learn how to deal with uncertainty and with completely new forms of communication. It strengthened my problem-solving and empathy enormously.”

Today, Ala knows the needs of our local customers better than many. And has not only delivered software - but also built trust.

Jens is a Service Support Manager. But he is actually much more than that. He is a real all-rounder: he makes sure that ideas/concepts are practicable. When new products are launched internationally, Jens is on site. Most recently in the USA to train colleagues in transport technology and prepare the market launch of the Enforcement Trailer together with them.

“You have to understand how people think about transportation in each country - and what that means for our solutions. That makes our work exciting worldwide.”

His aim is to ensure that everything runs smoothly during product launches - and that the local teams can support their customers with confidence, training and enthusiasm.

Thomas is part of our application engineering team in France. His focus: automation solutions for logistics - where every second counts, where data streams and parcel flows have to run in harmony. In his role, he supports customers with the introduction of complex sorting and identification systems.

What excites him about international collaboration?

This not only broadens his technical thinking, but also his understanding of our customers worldwide. By working in global teams, Thomas not only sees different approaches, but also new solutions. He sees this as strengthening his ability to contribute flexibly while remaining reliable. For the customer and his colleagues.

Where we are already pushing boundaries today

When our international teams come together - whether at summits, roadshows or virtual meetings - more than just planning happens: relationships are formed. These platforms are highly relevant for us in terms of promoting personal interaction:

Suddenly people are simply calling each other instead of laboriously searching for contacts. People ask for feedback, develop ideas further, initiate follow-up projects. Because you know each other. And because you trust each other.

In addition to trust in each other, trust in partners and customers is also central to our - often large and cost-intensive - projects.

In more than 80 countries today, our technologies and the machine vision people behind them ensure that people are safer on the road, processes run more efficiently and decisions are based on data. But for us, an international presence doesn't just mean being local. But rather: reliable. close. adaptable.

Whether in Louisville, Shanghai, Warsaw or Marrakech: our clients benefit from global knowledge that has a local impact. This structure ensures that we provide consulting, implementation and support where they are needed. In the language, cultural context and time zone of the respective markets.

Ready to push your own boundaries now?

Now is the time for you to decide how much responsibility you trust yourself with. With us, you can become part of a global team that not only works together, but also learns from each other. That opens up new markets, tests new technologies and lives new ideas.

We are not looking for perfect CVs. We are looking for people who want to take responsibility. For themselves, for others, for our world. And the courage to try new things.

Whether you love technology, have a passion for processes or enjoy building bridges between people, you will find an environment in which you can grow.

And: a network that challenges you, but also supports you. You will be given trust, room for personal responsibility and colleagues worldwide who will support you.
