Our employees are always the initiators, making great contributions with new ideas and approaches so that we can achieve more together. We are committed to four key areas that are particularly close to our hearts:  

• Road safety for children: With our technologies, we actively contribute to making roads safer. Together with road safety organizations, cities and other public bodies, we are constantly launching initiatives to make road safety accessible to even the youngest children. 
• Support for people in need: Through donations and volunteer work, we help where it is most urgently needed. For example, employees were directly involved in providing support for Ukraine, earthquake victims and other disasters. We have also been involved with the Zwergnase children's hospice for many years and want to make a contribution to shaping the lives of those affected. 
• Preserving and protecting the environment: Sustainability is more than just a goal for us - it is part of our self-image. As part of the forest love project, for example, our Australian colleagues planted trees for preserving the local wildlife.  
• Education for all: Whether through scholarships, workshops or collaborations - we want to promote knowledge and create access.
